Rick J. Lindsey
Rick J. Lindsey is the President & CEO of XINSURANCE. As a Salt Lake City native and a former star hockey player at Cottonwood High, Rick began his career in the insurance industry in his father’s business while still a teenager. After narrowly missing a spot on the 1980 Olympic hockey team, Rick focused his energies on rising swiftly through the ranks of the insurance world, working in diverse roles, including specialty lines underwriter, claims specialist, risk manager, and licensed surplus lines broker. This wide-ranging experience has equipped him with expert skills in all facets of the industry. Recognizing a gap in the market for insuring high-risk entities, Rick founded his own insurance company and now serves as CEO. His leadership focuses on challenging the norm in insurance practice, offering vital services to high-risk businesses and individuals, and advocating against the hasty settlement of frivolous claims. Rick J. Lindsey’s journey from the mailroom to the boardroom exemplifies his deep commitment to innovation and excellence in insurance.
Parker Lindsey
J. “Parker” Lindsey joined XINSURANCE, a dba of Evolution Insurance Brokers, LC, in 2007 as a Field Underwriter. Over the years, Parker has gained extensive experience in the specialty insurance market. In 2017, Parker was promoted to Senior Vice President of Underwriting, Special Counsel to the CEO, and Shareholder of Prime Insurance Company. Parker has presented at many tradeshows and conferences to educate the public on the specialty insurance market, risk management, and claims management. Parker also plays a key role as co-host and technical expert on the I Hate Insurance Podcast. Additionally, he travels extensively as a videographer and photographer for the XINSURANCE racing teams. Outside of work, Parker is a family man, avid sports enthusiast, photographer, and videographer.
