NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. Entry by Watch Party: You automatically receive one sweepstakes entry for each registered watch party you host. Register your host party at www.xinsurance.com/watch-party.
2. Entry Without Watch Party: You may enter without hosting a watch party by mailing a postcard with your name, full address, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), phone number, and email address, clearly printed, to XINSURANCE, 8722 Harrison Street, Sandy, Utah 84070, Attn: Barbara/Sweepstakes. Postcard submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on 10/20/2024. Neither the Sponsor nor any of its respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities, successors, employees, directors, and agents are responsible or liable for lost, misdirected, misplaced, damaged, illegible, incomplete, late or mutilated entries. Duplicate entries will be destroyed.
3. Limit: Entry by watch party has no limit. Entry without a watch party is limited to one entry per person.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of 07/30/2024. Employees, officers, managers and directors of Sponsor, XINSURANCE, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and sweepstakes suppliers, including the spouses, household members and dependents for federal tax purposes of all the above, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Additionally, legal U.S. residents residing on military bases overseas are not eligible to participate. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Only one winner per household.
5. Timing: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM CT 08/09/2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT 10/20/2024. 
6. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value: Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a VIP Travel Adventure Experience with an estimated retail value of up to $4,500.00. Each VIP Travel Adventure Experience will include, for the winner and one guest, roundtrip air transportation via private jet or first class from an airport near the winner’s home, hotel accommodations for two consecutive nights, rental car transportation, a food and beverage allowance not to exceed $100/per day/per person, and tickets/access to the adventure experience selected (e.g., a trip to Key West for the Offshore Racing World Championships, a fishing excursion in Key West, an all-seasons adventure in Utah, or golfing at Clint Eastwood’s Tehama Golf Club in California). Gratuities and other expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is entitled to provide a substitution for a prize in the event a prize becomes unavailable.
7. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Drawing: Three (3) winners will be selected in a drawing conducted on October 24, 2024 at 12:00:00 PM CT by the XINSURANCE management team, whose decisions are final.
9. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email and phone, and will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of initial notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, “the Releases”). Releases will require the winner to furnish his/her Social Security number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the Releases on the minor winner’s behalf, as applicable. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 45 days after the winner is verified. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If there is a dispute as to the identify of a winner based on an email address, the winner will be declared the authorized holder of the email account at the time of entry.
10. Prize Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, the entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered. Prizes are not transferable, expect at the discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes imposed by the prize.
11. Release: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of XINSURANCE and release the Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities, successors and assigns, units and sponsors, divisions and advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers and all other businesses involved in this sweepstakes, and all entities involved in the production, sponsorship and/or promotion of the prize, or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the respective directors, employees, representatives and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Winners assume all liability for injury and damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes or the use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer and/or administration of the sweepstakes and/or in the announcement of the prize. 
12. Indemnity: Winners shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury or expense, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the development and execution of this sweepstakes; (b) a winner’s participation in the this sweepstakes; (c) a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach, of any of the Sponsor’s representations, warranties or obligations herein; and (d) acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom. 
13. Technical Issues: The sweepstakes will be discontinued in the event of hacking, security breaches, other website tampering, or the tampering of online entries.
14. Right to Cancel: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes corrupts the integrity, administration, or fairness of the sweepstakes. 
15. Disputes: Except where prohibited, participating entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Utah without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Utah. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. 
16. Winner List: For a list of winners, send a written request to XINSURANCE, 8722 Harrison Street, Sandy, Utah 84070, Attn: Barbara/Sweepstakes Winner List. Winner List requests must be received by November 30, 2024. Allow six weeks for fulfillment of request.
17. Marketing Data: Sponsor is collecting personal data for marketing purposes. Sponsor will maintain privacy of all collected information.
18. No Social Media Endorsement: This sweepstakes is not endorsed, administered, or sponsored by any social media entity or platform used to advertise the sweepstakes.
